bed and bath, weekly change of linen, final cleaning, wi-fi internet

Children: cot or baby bed supplied free of charge for children under 12 years of age.
Animals: animals are welcome in the self-catering apartments
Supplements:
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast has to be reserved one day before and it
costs di Euro 7,00 per person and it is served in the restaurant room
from 8,30.
Dinner: The typical tuscan dinner has to be reserved one day before
and it costs di Euro 20,00 per person and it is served in the
restaurant room from 8,30.
Extra cleaning in the apartments on request: €10 per hour
Extra change of linen: Euro 5 per change
Extra bed: Euro 15 per person
Method of payment
30% of the cost is payable upon booking, the remaining amount is due upon arrival.
We accept credit cards. 
Arrival and Departure
The check-in time for arrivals is 4-7pm.
Upon departure, check-out is by 10am.
